2904-25 Ordinance No Park 8-10AM Colony E-Elliott- Swayze-Pitney 3425.pdf

2904-25 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY This Ordinance eliminates the 8AM-10AM One Hour Parking Zones on Colony Drive East, Pitney Street, and Swayze Street and creates new 8AM-10AM No Parking Zones there and at Elliott Place to discourage all-day parking by Seton Hall Prep students, NYC commuters, and Parents/Teachers at Kelly Elementary School during school opening hours, and allow parking at other times for the residents. This change was recommended by the Traffic Division of WOPD, and in response to local residents’ requests.
