Subsections 7-32.1, Handicapped Parking on Streets of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): 7-32.1 Handicapped Parking on Streets. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-197(2c) the following on- street location is designated as a handicapped parking place. Such spaces are for use by persons who have been issued special identification cards, plates, or placards by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, or a temporary placard issued by the Chief of Police. No other person shall be permitted to park in these places.
