NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, New Jersey that a professional services contract be awarded to Neglia, to provide professional Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Construction Administration Services for the Degnan Park New Community Garden and Exercise Area; in the amount not to exceed $57,700.00.
