Subsection 7-46.9 Permit Parking Exceptions, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): c. Zone 11, Standish Avenue- Standish Avenue residents will be issued two (2) permits per dwelling unit. All remaining permits will be issued to Standish Avenue businesses, at a maximum of three (3) permits per business on a “first come” basis only. No Visitor or Temporary Permits will be issued in Zone 11. Section 6. If any provisions of this Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any of the provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the valid provision(s) or application and to this end, the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. Section 7. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 8.
