2934-25 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY This amendment to the Restricted Parking Ordinance is in response to a request from a handicapped resident who resides at 250-252 Watchung Avenue, and possesses the required NJ Disability ID and parking placard. Such parking stalls are permissible under the laws of New Jersey, and they are designated as Restricted Parking Zones. All other Parking Ordinances under this chapter apply and supersede the use of these restricted spaces.
