EXCLUSIONS 1. MES assumes that roadway occupancy permits will not be required. If permits are required, additional fees will be charged. 2. MFS does not anticipate Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT), neither vehicular and/or pedestrian will be required. If MPT is required, additional fees will be charged. 3. The stakeout of possible test holes was not included in Activity 4085. 4, MFS assumes that GPI will provide any and all reference drawings showing any underground utilities, to be utilized as a reference for the investigation, 5. Services not explicitly described above are not included within the scope of this proposal. 6. MS staff will not enter upon adjacent private property with consent from the property owner. 7. MES assumes that all fieldwork will be performed during normal business hours Monday to Friday. If fieldwork is required during non-normal business hours, additional fees may be charged.
