Utilizing the primary survey control stations, a secondary survey traverse baseline will be established originating and closing on the primary control pairs. Benchmarks will be established and staggered between the traverse baseline stations. Differential leveling will be performed to include the secondary traverse baseline stations and benchmarks utilizing the primary control as the reference benchmarks. The horizontal control shall meet or exceed Second Order Class Il accuracy standards and the vertical control will meet or exceed Second Order, Class || accuracy standards.
