2 RESOLVED, that the Director of the Township’s Health Department is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement with Montclair State University annexed hereto as Exhibit “A,” and be it further RESOLVED, that the Township Clerk is authorized to attest to the signature of the Director of the Township’s Health Department; and be it further RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall be made available in the Township Clerk’s Office for reasonable inspection in accordance with applicable law.
