2 (commonly known as 5 Central Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey), is in compliance with the Township's local regulations on cannabis businesses, and is hereby approved. 3. The approval for the renewal of Dogwood Green Inc.’s local license shall not include a grant to update its standard operating procedures to allow for curbside or drive thru pickup of cannabis products whereby the proposed change to Dogwood Green’s standard operating procedures is denied. 4. Dogwood Green, Inc.’s Renewal License shall be effective as of November 12, 2025 consistent with the date of its initial local license. 5.
