Manage and supervise the construction administration phase of projects including bid phase support, organization of preconstruction meetings, preparation of progress pay estimates and change orders, attendance at meetings with municipal and county officials and contractors, supervision of field inspectors, preparation of punchlists and perform final reviews of project upon completion and recommend project closeout. Planning and Zoning Board Engineering Services including managing and supervising the review of Planning Board and Zoning Board applications on behalf of municipalities, review and report on
