Her public sector experience includes the preparation of various master plans and their many elements, including, but not limited to, Reexamination Reports, Land Use Plans, Circulation Plans, Open Space and Recreation Plans, Historic Elements, Farmland Preservation Elements and Sustainability Elements. She has prepared several Comprehensive Affordable Housing Plans and provided expert testimony and litigation support. She has also served as Board Planner for Planning Board and Zoning Board in various municipalities as well as prepared Special area projects such as redevelopment and rehabilitation plans as well as Main Street Studies. In addition, Ms. Apte has served as an expert witness in the private sector by providing planning testimony for various site plan and variance applications. She has been accepted as an expert in her field and has provided testimony discussing the merits of the site plan and variance application. She has prepared reports in support of use variance applications as well as socio fiscal economic reports. She has also been accepted as an expert in her field and testified before Superior Court of New Jersey Burlington County Law Division as well as testified before Superior Court of New Jersey Camden County Law Division. Additionally, she has also provided assistance for site design and planning for various infill sites and redevelopment plans. She is proficient in design software programs such as AutoCAD and GIS, as well as 3D software such as SketchUP. MUNICIPAL PLANNING SERVICES Ms. Apte has served as a consulting Professional Planner for various municipalities throughout the State. She has served as a Board Planner for various Planning, Zoning and Land Use Boards throughout the State. In this role she has reviewed site plan,

She has also served as a Township Planner and provided assistance in drafting various land use ordinances, provided assistance in interpretation of ordinance for Zoning Officer, preparation of grant application and presentations on behalf of municipalities and several other functions in the capacity of a Township planner. As a Township Planner she has also served as an affordable housing planner and assisted in preparation of housing plans in accordance with the Court approvals. REDEVELOPMENT PLANS: Ms. Apte has extensive experience in preparing Area in need of redevelopment and rehabilitation studies, testify and defending the reports/ studies, and preparing redevelopment plans for the designated areas.
