Certification No. CME 682 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE: Construction observation for municipal roadway, utility, 3.0 mg standpipe and various construction projects, including preparation of daily reports. Surveying: Rodman, transit man and party chief member in field survey crew; outbound property surveys, aerial control layouts, right-of-way surveys, stakeouts for utilities and buildings; right-of-way and easement property acquisition reviews. Review of general property parcel maps, individual property maps, and descriptions in accordance with the Middlesex County filing requirements. Design of road construction and reconstruction, street intersections, noise barriers, parking facilities, water distribution systems, storm drainage systems, stormwater detention/retention facilities; sanitary sewage collection /transmission systems, force mains, and pump station facilities including interior piping and valving layout; hydraulic and hydrologic analysis; site grading, parks and recreation facilities including athletic fields, tot lots and comfort/concession buildings; waterfront improvements, including boat ramps and observation decks. Design and coordination of athletic field lighting, drainage and irrigation facilities. Rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer and water distribution systems. Sanitary sewer flowmetering studies. Quality control reviews of project plans and specifications prior to bid phase. Preparation of cost estimates, plans, specifications and contract documents for various County, Municipal, Board of Education, Private and Capital construction projects. Construction Management: overseeing of construction inspectors and design engineers; attend meetings with Municipal officials and contractors, bid phase services including coordination, analysis, and all other tasks relative to same; preparation of progress pay estimates and change orders; review of resident complaints, shop drawing reviews, preparation of as-builts, and alternate layout designs due to unforseen existing conditions encountered during construction.
