Certification No. CME 0620 Certified Public Works Manager NJ Certification No. M-1765 PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: • American Society of Civil Engineers • NJ Society of Municipal Engineers GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE: Firm contact for municipal and county clients with duties including the following: Responsible for overseeing all general Municipal engineering tasks such as daily contact with Municipal Officials, supervision of engineering and inspection, long range planning and budgeting and addressing resident concerns, attend Council meetings and present reports on engineering-related progress and topics, supervise the preparation of engineering plans and specifications for municipal and county capital improvement projects Design of various municipal and county improvement projects including roadway constructions, intersection and traffic signal improvements, new and existing parks, municipal buildings, and water and sanitary sewer system improvements including performing initial field observations of sites to prepare preliminary cost estimates, proposals and concept reports, designing of site grading, roadway vertical and horizontal alignments, traffic signals, storm drainage systems, storm water management facilities, sanitary sewer systems, and water system improvements, preparing of final cost estimates, and coordinating, scheduling and filing of permit applications for local, county and state agencies including NJDEP, NJDOT, Soil Conservation Service and local Planning Boards. Manage and supervise the construction administration phase of projects including bid phase support, organization of preconstruction meetings, preparation of progress pay estimates and change orders, attendance at meetings with municipal and county officials and contractors, supervision of field inspectors, preparation of punchlists and perform final reviews of project upon completion and recommend project closeout. Planning and Zoning Board Engineering Services including managing and supervising the review of Planning Board and Zoning Board applications on behalf of municipalities, review and report on

Planning and Zoning Board Engineering Services including managing and supervising the review of Planning Board and Zoning Board applications on behalf of municipalities, review and report on the design of storm drainage systems, roadways, water systems, sanitary sewer systems, grading and lot layouts for compliance with all municipal standards, attend Planning and Zoning Board meetings and present reports, prepare performance bond estimates and engineering and inspection escrow estimates and overseeing of all phases of construction by observing sites, supervising field inspectors, responding to resident concerns, preparing punchlists, calculating performance bond reductions and releases, and issuing certificates of occupancy.
