| | | | | | 260-24 September 10, 2024 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange has advertised for bids, pursuant to the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A 40A: 11-1), for the Korwell Pump Station Decommission Project; and WHEREAS, on Thursday, August 8, 2024, the Township of West Orange (the “Township”) issued bid specifications for the Contract for the Korwell Pump Station Decommission Project (the “Contract”) involving building a new sewer connection to Northfield Avenue and demolition, and removal of the former pump station site; and WHEREAS, on Thursday August 22, 2024, the Township received three (3) bids in response to the bid specifications; and WHEREAS, Grabowski Construction, Inc. (Grabowski) submitted the lowest of the three bids at $184,547.00; and WHEREAS, Grabowski has done quality work for the Township in the past.
