The work will consist of the demolition and removal of the Korwell Pump Station including the construction of a new sanitary sewer gravity main connection on Northfield Avenue. The summary of the three bids is attached. The lowest responsible bidder is Grabowski Construction Inc., 770 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey who submitted a bid of $184,547.00. Grabowski Construction Inc., performed similar work for West Orange, and their work is very good. A Resolution of Award is attached to award Grabowski Construction Inc., 770 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey in the amount of $184,547.00, a contract for the Korwell Pump Station Decommission Project.
