Responsibilities include preparing and presenting grant applications to the Highlands Council. Projects prepared include mapping stormwater infrastructure, updating the Municipal Stormwater Management Plan, and providing materials and assistance for Local Public Outreach requirements. Guidance is provided on adopting the Stormwater Community Ordinance, maintaining “Good Housekeeping” records, and initiating the first phase of the Watershed Improvement Plan.
