First Energy Environmental GIS Mr. Nelson assisted in the creation of a large GIS which encompassed multiple subsidiaries throughout New Jersey, Virginia, West Viriginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland. The GIS was designed with the ESRI ArcGIS suite of software products and permits environmental coordinators to utilize a web mapping application to better facilitate coordination and project completion with multiple contractors. The system was designed to allow project contractors to upload documents and track project progress allowing for faster facilitation of vital information with project stakeholders. Mr. Nelson created a desktop version of the application utilizing ArcGIS Experience Builder which collaborates with the web mapping application in real time. Page 2
