Dougherty, PE, BCEE Senior Project Consultant / Manager of Water & Wastewater Veolia Water – Matchaponix Clearwell Replacement Design-Build Manalapan, New Jersey Project principal for design-build project involving the replacement of an existing 75,000-gallon steel clearwell tank and low lift pumps, which were at the end of their useful service life. The project involved the design and construction of a new AWWA D115 precast post-tensioned concrete clear well tank with a net effective storage volume of 150,000 gallons. The project also included the installation of three low lift vertical turbine pumps, which will have a maximum capacity of 8.0 MGD. Permitting included local planning board, NJDEP Safe Drinking Water, and Soil Erosion Control. Private Client – Town Center Road Sanitary Sewer Improvements East Windsor, New Jersey Project director for the design and permitting of approximately 7,500 feet of 24-inch relief sewer project and 1,000 feet of 16-inch force main. Project included the design of jack and bore installations to cross a Mercer County roadway and state highway. The project also included improvements to a pump station to upgrade the influent channel with new grinders. Permitting efforts included NJDEP TWA, freshwater wetlands, NJDOT utility opening and Mercer County road opening permits. Eagleswood Village PFAS Treatment Upgrades Eagleswood, New Jersey Project manager for the design and permitting of water treatment plant upgrades to provide treatment for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) consisting of a dual vessel granular activated carbon system. Other improvements included a new treatment building, hydropnuematic tank, well pitless units, upgraded well pump and new chemical feed systems for caustic soda, orthophosphate, and sodium hypochlorite. New Jersey American Water – Mount Ephraim 2nd Avenue Lift Station Upgrades Borough of Mount Ephraim, New Jersey Project director for route evaluation, design, permitting, bidding and construction administration of replacement of submersible sewage pump station as well as approximately 1,300 feet of 8” and 12” gravity sewer replacements, 3 individual grinder pump stations with 960 feet of 2” force main, and approximately 3,400 feet of 10” force main. Permitting included NJDEP Treatment Works Approval, Camden County Soil Erosion, local and county road opening permits, Conrail

Route evaluation included two gravity sewer alignment alternatives to allow for the abandonment of an existing sewer in environmentally sensitive areas and three force main alignment alternatives. Middlesex Water Company – Maidstone Lift Station Upgrades Southampton, New Jersey Project manager for design-build project for the upgrade of a submersible sewage lift station. Upgrades included a new duplex submersible pumping system, pump guide rails, above-grade discharge valve enclosure, new security fencing, and related site improvements. Design also included a bypass pumping system and provisions for permanent bypass connection. Permitting included NJDEP Treatment Works Approval and Township Zoning Board approval. New Jersey American Water, Roosevelt Avenue Jack and Bore Township of Ocean, New Jersey Project director for the design-build effort of 12-inch water main replacement along Roosevelt Avenue that included a jack-and-bore installation of an 18-inch steel casing under NJ Transit railroad. Project included the NJ Transit Occupancy permit and local road opening permits as well as coordination with local authorities. Page 2
