Modeled the build-out by separating projections for vacant land, land to be constructed, and land currently in construction. Provided technical writing support for the master plan report which included census information, existing conditions of the city sanitary sewer system, and planned land development projects by the city. Special Engineering Services New Brunswick, New Jersey Provided design support including AutoCAD drafting and geographic information system (GIS) mapping, for various roadway projects. Provided drafting services for curb and sidewalk replacement for Nichol Avenue improvements. Provided design and drafting services for stormwater utility improvements along Wilcox Road. Provided design and drafting services for roadway improvements including pavement restoration, intersection remodeling, curb and sidewalk replacement, ADA ramp installations, and striping layout along Georges Road. Outfall Rehabilitation Project Freehold Township, New Jersey Assisted in the design, as Project Engineer, for the rehabilitation of three (3) stormwater outfalls with new headwall structures and riprap scour protection. Design included grading, riprap stone sizing calculations, erosion control matting, and general restoration. The project design also included the geopolymer lining of sewer manholes and spot repairs. Provided permitting services for the required NJDOT highway occupancy permit for work within the state right-of-way.
