We have also partnered with respected geotechnical and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers for the delivery of building projects. In addition, Boswell is proficient in its ability to assist clients in areas such as administrative and planning, capital programming, pavement management, recreational facilities, public bidding, GIS/Asset Management support, grants and low interest loan applications, land use, master planning, and infrastructure maintenance. For projects requiring multiple engineering disciplines, the designated team representative serves as the single point of contact for our clients and has the primary responsibility of monitoring and coordinating the project team to ensure all aspects of the scope of work are properly evaluated and technically performed. Regular team meetings are held to review project status, integrate phases, identify potential problem areas, and implement corrective measures to avoid project delays and ultimately to keep the project within the approved budget.
