with limits of not less than $1,000,000.00 will be maintained in full force during the life of this contract by the professional covering all employees engaged in performance of this contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:15-12(a) and N.J.A.C. 12-235- 1.6. b. GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE with limits of not less than $1.000,000.00 for Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability each occurrence and $1,000.000.00 General Aggregate will be maintained in full force during the life of the contract by the professional. The policy will include professional's protective liability insurance (also known as contingent liability insurance) with the same limits.
