The following area of concern (AOC) was investigated: AOC-11: Historic Fill Soil borings were installed in accordance with NJDEP’s April 29, 2013 Historic Fill Material Technical Guidance (Version 2), and no historic fill material was identified. The proposal to retain an LSRP and issue an Unrestricted Use Response Action Outcome (AOC) is acceptable to the Green Acres Program. Once issued, the RAO may be submitted to the Green Acres Program for review. Per the Green Acres rules, N.J.A.C. 7:36-8.2, the above-referenced AOCs must be addressed to the Department of Environmental Protection’s satisfaction before the Green Acres Program will disburse any funding for the project site. Since the Green Acres Program is not an approving authority for the investigation of sites, this memo shall not be construed as a No Further Action Letter or an approval by the Department of Environmental Protection for any action taken to address any AOC.
