l. 271-25 Resolution Approving a Professional Services Contract with Matrix New World Environmental Services for Tasks Outlined in their Proposal for the Property at Rock Spring Golf Club, 90 Rock Spring Road, West Orange, NJ 07052 in an Amount NTE $49, 800.00 (Carballo) m. 272-25 Resolution Authorizing the Township Attorney to Prosecute in Municipal Court for Property Maintenance and Zoning Violations (Legal-Kiley) Ordinances on Second and Final Reading a. 2942-25 An Ordinance Creating a Reclassification and Salary Schedule of Certain Township of West Orange Employees Setting Forth Their Titles, Classification and Salary Ranges and Adopting a Salary Guide and Establishing the Employee's Status as a Township Employee and Under the Guidelines of the New Jersey Department of Personnel (Ditinyak) Add title "Municipal Department Head - Planning Director" Job Code MA10400 and salary range from 2025 to 2029. Add title "Keyboard Clerk/Secretary to the Mayor" Job Code AU10490 and salary range from 2025 to 2029. Add title "Transportation Analyst" Job Code MA10420 and salary range from 2025 to 2029. a. 2944-25 An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 19 Sewers, Subsection 19-1.3, And Chapter 20, Streets and Sidewalks, Subsection 20-3.2 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Carballo) These amendments to the Sewer, the Street and the Sidewalk Ordinance(s) will delete the fee schedules for inspection of Sewer, Curb, and Sidewalk repair or replacement by contractors working in the Township and establish that the new fee schedules will be prescribed by a resolution of the Township Council. 8. Ordinances on First Reading a. 2945-25 An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-21, Multi-way Stops of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Carballo) The Ordinance, which amends the Traffic Regulations of the Township, designates the intersection listed as a Multi-Way Stop intersection with Stop signs on all approaches. Due to the safety concerns and multiple requests from Township residents, the Township's Engineering Division authorized a Traffic Study by Bright View Engineering (BVE) that determined that a Multi-Way Stop intersection would allow safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians, especially during rush hours and school dismissal hours. b. 2946-25 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 28,
