Ecological Survey-to assess threatened or endangered species, habitats and overall biodiversity in environmentally sensitive areas. 2. Geotechnical Report-to assess the stability and surface and subsurface properties of the ground to determine the consequences associated with the removal of trees in environmentally sensitive areas. 3. Hydrological Report-to assess the movement and management of water associated with the impact of removing trees in environmentally sensitive areas. 17. If a permit is
