2949-26 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC, ARTICLE 2 SUBSECTION 7-37.1 REGULATION FOR THE MOVEMENT AND PARKING ON MUNICIPAL AND BOARD OF EDUCATION PROPERTY OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey as follows: Section 1. Subsection 7-37.1, Regulation for the Movement and Parking of Traffic on Municipal and Board of Education Property, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows: (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): c. No Person shall park a vehicle during the designated hours in the following non-permit or non- metered Municipal Property or Parking Yard: PROPERTY LOCATION BLOCK LOT HOURS Township Dog Park 155 42.04 10 P.M.-6 A.M. (Executive Drive) d. No Person shall park a vehicle when roads are snow covered in the following non-permit or non- metered Municipal Property or Parking Yard: PROPERTY LOCATION BLOCK LOT Township Dog Park 155 42.04 (Executive Drive) Section 2. If any provisions of this Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any of the provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the valid provision(s) or application and to this end, the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. Section 3. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
