NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute and counter-sign the Agreement with the Borough of North Caldwell annexed hereto as Exhibit “A,” and the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized to attest to the Mayor’s signature thereon; and be it further RESOLVED that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:65-4(b) of the Uniformed Shared Services and Consolidation Act the Municipal Clerk shall forward a copy of the Shared Services Agreement to the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs for informational purposes; and be it further RESOLVED that notice of this award shall be available in the Clerk’s office in accordance with any applicable law.
