Section 3. If any provisions of the Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any of the provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the valid provision(s) or application and to this end, the provisions of the Ordinance are severable. Section 4. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 5. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this Ordinance or any supplement thereto shall be liable to the penalty of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisonment for a term not to exceed fifteen (15) days or both, as per W.O.R.G.O.
