This work includes mechanical (HVAC) and electrical system improvements, structural review, replacement of Gas Heat/Electric AC packaged rooftop units, new thermostats, and duct, pipe and wiring modifications, among other improvements. Based on my review of the proposal received, I recommend the award of a Professional Services Contract to Herbst-Musciano, LLC, of 611 Main Street, Second Floor, Boonton, New Jersey 07005, in the amount of $20,920.00.
