NOTE: These rates may NOT be used for any work in new construction (including work on new additions). The regular workday shall consist of 8 hours, starting between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, Monday through Friday. SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS: - The second and third shifts shall be paid an additional 15% of the hourly rate. - All shifts must run for a minimum of 5 consecutive days. OVERTIME: Hours worked in excess of 8 per day or before or after the regular workday, that are not shift work, and all hours on Saturday shall be paid at time and one-half the hourly rate, inclusive of benefits. All hours on Sunday and holidays shall be paid at double the hourly rate, inclusive of benefits. RECOGNIZED HOLIDAYS: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. 2/5/2026
