Craft: Laborer - Asbestos & Hazardous Waste Removal COMMENTS/NOTES NOTE: These rates apply to work in connection with Asbestos, Radiation, Hazardous Waste, Lead, Chemical, Biological, Mold Remediation and Abatement. The regular workday shall be 8 hours. OVERTIME: - Hours in excess of 8 per day, Monday through Saturday, and all hours on Sunday and holidays shall be paid at time and one-half the regular rate. - Benefits on ALL overtime hours shall be paid at straight time .
