Thereafter, 1 apprentice may be employed for every 4 journeymen. Craft: Plumber COMMENTS/NOTES FOREMAN REQUIREMENTS: - On any job having 2 or more Plumbers, 1 shall be designated as a Foreman. - On any job having 9 or more Plumbers, 2 shall be designated as Foremen. The regular workday consists of 8 hours, between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS: - Shift work must continue for a minimum of 5 consecutive workdays. - When two shifts are worked, the second shift shall work 7.5 hours and receive 8 hours pay, at a rate equal to the regular rate plus 10%, inclusive of benefits. - When a third shift is worked, the third shift shall work 7 hours and receive 8 hours pay, at a rate equal to the regular rate plus 15%, inclusive of benefits. OVERTIME: - All hours in excess of 8 per day, or before or after the regular workday that are not shift work, Monday through Friday , and all hours on Saturday, shall be paid at time and one -half the regular rate, inclusive of benefits. All hours on Sunday and holidays shall be paid at double the hourly rate, inclusive of benefits. - Four 10-hour days may be worked, Monday to Thursday, at straight time.
