The regular workday is 8 hours between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: - 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) : +17% of regular hourly rate - Shift work must run for a minimum of 5 consecutive workdays. OVERTIME: - Hours in excess of 8 per day, or before or after the regular workday, that are not shift work, and the first 10 hours on Saturdays shall be paid at time and one-half of the regular rate, inclusive of benefits. Hours in excess of 10 per day on Saturday, and all hours on Sundays and holidays shall be at double the regular rate, inclusive of benefits. - Four 10-hour days may be worked, Monday through Friday, at straight time, with hours in excess of 10 per day, and hours in excess of 40 per week paid at the overtime rates listed above.
