Additionally, the pay item shall include all labor necessary to construct in accordance with the plans or as directed in the field. Preliminary pavement restoration above pipe trenches in the roadway shall be constructed in accordance with section 401.03. 15” REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE, CLASS V: The pay item for 15” REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE, CLASS V shall be constructed in accordance with all appliable construction methods of this section. Additionally, the pay item shall include all labor necessary to construct in accordance with the plans or as directed in the field.
