607.03.08 Pavement Repair Strips Adjacent to Constructed Curb-lines Construction for pavement repair strips adjacent to curbs consisting of DENSE-GRADED AGGREGATE BASE COURSE, HOT MIX ASPHALT 12.5M64 SURFACE COURSE, HOT MIX ASPHALT 19M64 BASE COURSE and shall be in accordance with subsections 302.03 & 401.043. 607.03.09 Topsoil, Fertilizing, Seeding & Straw Mulching Construction for TOPSOILING, 4" THICK, FERTILIZING AND SEEDING, TYPE A-3 and STRAW MULCHING and shall be in accordance with subsections 804.03, 806.03 & 809.03. 607.04 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT THE FOLLOWING PAY ITEMS ARE ADDED: Pay Item Pay Unit 9”X18” CONCRETE VERTICAL CURB LINEAR FOOT GRANITE CURB LINEAR FOOT THIS SUBSECTION IS CHANGED TO: Areas of granite and concrete curb unnecessarily disturbed or damaged during construction shall be replaced by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Township. THE FOLLOWING IS ADDED: Payment for DENSE-GRADED AGGREGATE BASE COURSE, HOT MIX ASPHALT 12.5M64 SURFACE COURSE, HOT MIX ASPHALT 19M64 BASE COURSE at pavement repair strips where adjacent to proposed curb-lines and as detailed on the plans shall be included under the various bid curb items in this section including but not limited to 9" X 18" CONCRETE VERTICAL CURB & GRANITE CURB. Payment for TOPSOILING, 4" THICK, FERTILIZING AND SEEDING, TYPE A-3 AND STRAW MULCHING shall be included under the various bid items in this section including but not limited to 9" X 18" CONCRETE VERTICAL CURB & GRANITE CURB. All applicable unit bid price in this section shall include Excavation, Unclassified, pavement removal and disposal of all materials in order to construct in accordance with the plans and specifications. SECTION 610 – TRAFFIC STRIPES, TRAFFIC MARKINGS, AND RUMBLE STRIPS 610.03.02 Traffic Markings Lines, Traffic Markings Symbols, and Traffic Markings Route Symbols THE SUBPART IS CHANGED TO: A. Marking Plan. At least 20 days before beginning the work, submit to the RE for approval a marking plan that includes: 1. Schedule of operations for applying traffic markings. 2. Number and type of equipment. 3. Manufacturer’s

Immediately before marking the pavement surface, clean the surface of dirt, oil, grease, and foreign material, including curing compound on new concrete.
