2. Parking spaces within Permit Parking Zone #12 are available on a first come, first-served basis for Residential Parking Decal holders; and 3. Parking is prohibited within Permit Parking Zone #12 as otherwise designated by law or as restricted or prohibited pursuant to the Revised Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, including, but not limited to, loading zones, fire hydrants, alternate side parking, limited hours, handicapped or restricted parking zones, or as otherwise prohibited under Title 39. 4. No vehicle may park in such a way to block any portion of any driveway. 5. All provisions which regulate parking of vehicles for the purpose of street sweeping and/or snow removal remain in effect. D. Expiration. This Code Section and the Residential Parking Permit Pilot Program for Permit Parking Zone #12 shall expire on December 1, 2026. §7-47.3 Violations. No person shall park on any portion of Pillot Place between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm except by permit. Any person who violates any provision of § 7-47 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of $50 for each such violation, and each day in which such violation continues shall constitute a separate violation or offense. Section 3. If any provision of this Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any other provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid provision(s) or application(s) and to this end the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with law.
