Permit Parking in Permit Parking Zone #12 & 13 shall be effective from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday; 2. Approval for a Residential Parking Decal does not guarantee or reserve a parking space, but grants permission to legally park on the roadways in question should a legal spot be available; 3.
