Longo) 110-25 Resolution Authorizing The Collector Of Taxes To Refund Payment To The Listed Taxpayer Due To Veteran Exemption (KX. Longo) 112-25 Resolution Authorizing Disposal of Surplus Property-File Cabinets (P. Reynolds) A motion was made by Councilwoman Ghebremicael and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the Consent Agenda was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution(s) Removed from Consent Agenda a. 108-25 Resolution Permitting Display of Fireworks at the Essex County Country Club (Legal-Moon) This resolution permits the Essex County Country Club to display fireworks on July 3, 2025 with a rain date of July 6, 2025. A motion was made by Councilwoman Rudin to put forth an Ordinance that requires the use of quieter fireworks, such as Drones and Laser Shows. The motion is lost for lack of a second, there was no second offered.
