All members present voting “Aye.” Ord. 2924-25 On motion made by Council President Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 20, Streets and Sidewalks, and Subsections 20-1 Et Seq of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 20, 2025. All members present voting “Aye.” Ord, 2925-25 On motion made by Council President Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 25, Section 11.10 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Outdoor Cafes in the B-1, B-2, and PC Districts), was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 20, 2025. All members present voting “Aye.” A motion was made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, in Section II (j) to change “12:00 p.m.(noon) to 9 a.m.” All members present voting “Aye.” A motion was made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, in Section II © to read “some form of formal space delineation, such as a removable fence, shall be required for outdoor cafes operating in a parking lot and on sidewalks”. All members present voting “Aye.” A motion was made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, in Section II(d), to read, “Outdoor cafes serving areas shall be kept broom clean by the establishment with no sweeping of food debris into any street or parking lot.” All members present voting “Aye.” Ord. 2926-25 A motion was made by Council President Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino to approve, A Bond Ordinance Providing for Buildings and Grounds Improvements Along Rooney circle, By and in the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey; Appropriating $2,170,000 Therefore and Authorizing the Issuance of $2,066,840 Bonds or Notes of the
