All members present voting “Aye.” Ord. 2939-25 On motion made by Councilwoman Scarpa and seconded by Council President Pro Tempore Casalino, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-32.1, Handicapped Parking on Streets, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Rollinson- Wellington - 19 McKinley) was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on October 16, 2025. All members present voting “Aye.” Ord. 2940-25 On motion made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Council President Pro Tempore Casalino, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 18 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange to Add a Section Regarding Fire Pits was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on October 16, 2025. After a brief discussion, Councilwoman Rudin made a motion to rescind her original motion, seconded by Council President Pro Tempore Casalino, who rescinded her second. All members present voting “Aye.” On motion made by Council President Pro Tempore Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 18 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange to Add a Section Regarding Fire Pits, was TABLED.
