On motion made by Councilwoman Scarpa and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was TABLED, All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 237-25 Resolution Authorizing Execution of Professional Services Agreement with CME Associates, 379 US Route 1 South- Suite 100 Monmouth Junction, New Jersey 08852, for Planning Services for the West Orange Zoning Board in an Amount NTE $50,000, - 2025 (Legal-Moorman) On motion made by Council President Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 248-25 Resolution Authorizing a Professional Services Contract to Dynamic Traffic, LLC, to Provide Professional Engineering Services for the Implementation Plan of the Comprehensive Parking Study at the Valley, Heights, and Rolling Green Hills/Municipal Plaza Arcas in the Amount NTE $80,000.00. (Carballo) On motion made by Councilwoman Scarpa and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was TABLED. All members present voting “Aye.” At approximately 11:37 p.m., the Township Council held a Public Hearing on Budget Amendment No. 1. The Clerk read the following statement: This is the time for the public hearing on the Municipal Budget Amendment No. 1 for 2025.The amendment was advertised in the Star Ledger as required by law on November 9, 2025, together with the Notice of Hearing for this date and time. The Council President declared the hearing to be opened, and asked if anyone wished to be heard. There was no one that wished to be heard. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, the Public Hearing on Budget Amendment No. 1 was closed. All members present voting “Aye.” The following resolution (250-25) was approved after the Hearing on Budget Amendment No, 1. Resolution 250-25 Adoption of the 2025 Municipal Budget (Ditinyak) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved.
