Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman Scarpa, Councilwoman Williams and Council President Krakoviak voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Rudin voting “Nay.” Resolution 267-25 Resolution Authorizing a Professional Services Contract to Dynamic Traffic, LLC, to Provide Professional Engineering Services for the Implementation Plan of the Comprehensive Parking Study at the Valley, Heights, and Rolling Green Hills/Municipal Plaza Areas in the Amount NTE $80,000.00. (Carballo) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 271-25 Resolution Approving a Professional Services Contract with Matrix New World Environmental Services for Tasks Outlined in their Proposal for the Property at Rock Spring Golf Club, 90 Rock Spring Road, West Orange, NJ 07052 in an Amount NTE $49, 800.00 (Carballo) On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinances of Second and Final Reading Ord, 2942-25 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, An Ordinance Creating a Reclassification and Salary Schedule of Certain Township of West Orange Employees Setting Forth Their Titles, Classification and Salary Ranges and Adopting a Salary Guide and Establishing the Employee's Status as a Township Employee and Under the Guidelines of the New Jersey Department of Personnel, was taken up on second and final reading.
