All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 50-26 Resolution Authorizing the Planning Board to Draft a Redevelopment Plan for Block 88, Lot 1-80 Main Street Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. (Legal-Semeraro) On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the fourth paragraph of the above referenced resolution was amended removing “appended hereto”. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Krakoviak and Councilwoman Williams voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Rudin and Council President Scarpa voting “Nay.” On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced. resolution was approved as amended. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Krakoviak and Councilwoman Williams voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Rudin and Council President Scarpa voting “Nay.” Resolution 52-26 Resolution Authorizing the Submission of an Application and Execution of a Grant Agreement for the Installation of a Prefabricated Mini Pitch That Includes Lighting and Would Allow for Different Sports to Be Played Including Soccer and Basketball (Johnson) On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinances of Second and Final Reading Ord, 2949-26 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Scarpa, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Article 2 Subsection 7-37.1 Regulation for the Movement and Parking on Municipal and Board of Education Property of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. ‘There was no one that wished to be heard and the public hearing on this Ordinance,
