There was no one that wished to be heard and the public hearing on this Ordinance. On motion made Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the public hearing was closed. All members present voting “Aye.” On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Council President Scarpa, the above referenced ordinance was adopted. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinances of First Reading Ord, 2953-26 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Williams, Bond Ordinance Providing For Various Improvements To The Oskar Schindler Performing Arts Center, By And In The Township Of West Orange, In The County Of Essex, State Of New Jersey; Appropriating $1,250,000 Therefor (including A Grant Received Or Expected To Be Received From The New Jersey Department Of Community Affairs Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund In The Amount Of $1,000,000) And Authorizing The Issuance Of $238,000 Bonds Or Notes Of The Township To Finance Part Of The Cost Thereof, was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on March 3, 2026. All members present voting “Aye.” At approximately, 10:07 p.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the public meeting was recessed and the Council entered into an Executive Session, All members present voting “Aye.” At approximately, 12:38 a.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the Executive Session was adjourned and the Council continued their public meeting. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 54-26 Resolution Endorsing the Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan as Adopted by the Township of West Orange Planning Board on November 10, 2025 (Legal-Semeraro) On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman Williams, and Council President Scarpa votitig “Aye.” Councilwoman Rudin voting “Nay.” Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion - None
