On motion was made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak to pull the above referenced Purchase Order from the Bill list, was defeated. Councilwoman Rudin voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman. Williams and Council President Scarpa voting “Nay.” P.O. 190400, American Messaging, in the amount of $200.00. On motion was made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak to pull the above referenced Purchase Order from the Bill list, was defeated.
