On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and Council President Scarpa, the above referenced resolution was approved, All members present voting “Aye.” 216-26 Resolution Approving the Accumulated Time Remaining to Carmine Ruta Upon His Retirement at the in the Sum of $41,243.08 (Ditinyak) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and Council President Scarpa, the above referenced resolution was approved, Councilwoman Rudin made the following statement: “I pulled this because I just want to put on the record that the category of limited time due is questionable, and it is still being investigated by the Office of State Controller, so for that reason I cannot support this.” Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman Williams and Council President Scarpa voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Rudin voting “Nay.” 230-26 Resolution of the Township of West Orange Authorizing the Execution of a Sale and Purchase Agreement with 18 Central Avenue Urban Renewal, LLC to Convey Property in Connection with the Redevelopment Plan for Block 9, 11.01, 11.02, 11.03, 32 & 36 and Block 7, Lot 22, Township of West Orange, Dated December 12, 2016. (Beckelman) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and Councilman Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman Williams and Council President Scarpa voting “Aye,” Councilwoman Rudin abstained. Executive Session At approximately 11:13 p.m., on motion made by Council President Scarpa and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the Council recessed the Public meeting and entered into an Executive Session to discuss Redevelopment, specifically 18 Central Avenue. All members present voting “Aye.” At approximately 11:27 p.m., on motion made by Council President Scarpa and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the Council adjourned the Executive Session and continued the Public meeting. All members present voting “Aye,” i At approximately 11:28 p.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President Scarpa, the Council recessed the Public meeting and entered into an Executive Session to discuss Litigation, specifically Affordable Housing. All members present voting “Aye.”
