DRAFT PROPOSED REVISIONS – OCTOBER 2011 Block 167, Lot 1 Block 169, Lots 19, 19.01 19. The “Zone District Map” of the Township of West Orange as incorporated in Chapter XXV, subsection 25-3.2(a) of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, is hereby amended to change the zone of Block 171, Lot 1, 3 and 4 from an R-3 to R-1. 20. The “Zone District Map” of the Township of West Orange as incorporated in Chapter XXV, subsection 25-3.2(a) of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, is hereby amended to remove the following lands from the O-R District and place them in the PURD District: Block 155.22, Lots 1-269, 42.01 21. The Zone Map and Table of District Regulations of the Township of West Orange as incorporated in Chapter XXV, subsection 25-3.2(a) of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, be and it is hereby amended and supplemented to remove the following lands from a P-C and OB-1 District and place them in a B-2 District: Block 155, Lot 40.01 22. The “Zone District Map” of the Township of West Orange, as incorporated in Chapter XXV, subsection 25-3.2(a) of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, is hereby amended to remove the following lands from a R-M District-Apartment Houses and place them in a B-1 District-Retail Business:* Block 60, Lots 1.01 and 2.01 23. The “Zone District Map” of the Township of West Orange as incorporated in Chapter XXV, subsection 25-3.2(a) of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, is hereby amended to remove the zoning parameters (a-o) enacted in accordance with the 2004 Master Plan Reexamination Report from the lands known as Block 179, Lot 32 and to place Block 179, Lot 32 in a R-2 and R-3 zone, without any zoning parameters, in accordance with the 2010 Master Plan Reexamination Plan. 24. The "Zone District Map" of the Township of West Orange, as incorporated in Chapter XXV, subsection 25-3.2a of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, is hereby amended to include the requirements of the Redevelopment Plan for
