In all districts, for every building, or part thereof, which is to be occupied by retail stores requiring the receipt in vehicles of materials or merchandise, there shall be provided and maintained on these premises with such building, off-street loading spaces. Design of off- street loading spaces shall be such that vehicles will not be required to maneuver on any public right-of-way except to drive directly onto and off of the site. Retail stores under two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet are exempted. The minimum number of spaces shall be determined in relation to gross floor area as follow: (a) Two thousand five hundredUp to seven nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine five hundred (9,9997,500) square feet, one (1) space. (b) Seven thousand (7,500) to fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet, two (2) spaces. (c) One (1) additional space for each additional ten thousand (10,000) square feet

Each loading space shall be at least ten (10) feet in width, forty (40) feet in length and have a fourteen (14) foot overhead clearance. 2.
