In addition to the bidder’s responsiveness to this Request for Proposal (RFP) the awarding of this ' contract will be based on an evaluation and ranking of each respondent’s bid of the following: 1) Revenues to be received or cost to be paid 2) Experience of the Respondent 3) Qualifications of staff to be assigned the work 4) Equipment to be assigned to perform the work 5) Violations, Fines, Notices of Violations from any . governmental agency ~ 6) Detailed site improvement plan ~~ | | i The Township will use a weighting criteria in its evaluation methodology. Each proposal will be evaluated by an evaluation team. In making such evaluation, the team will be guided by the following point system that has 100 points as the maximum total: 1. Revenues or cost Oto 35 2. Experience of Respondent 0 to 10 3. Qualifications of Staff Oto 5 4. Equipment Oto 15 5. Violations, Fines, Notices Of Violations Oto 15 6. Detailed site improvement plan 0 to 20 Both the Base Bid and Alternate No. 1 will be evaluated. It will be the Township’s sole discretion to award a contract for either the Base Bid or for Alternate No. 1. 1.08.4 Both the Base Bid and Alternate No. 1] are for a three year contract to commence October 1, 2008 with two options to renew for two additional one year periods. The Township will notify the Contractor 120 days prior to the expiration of the three year contract if it will exercise the option to renew for another one year period.
