All other provisions of the Ordinance shall remain unchanged. SECTION 5: This amendatory bond ordinance shall take effect twenty (20) days after the first publication thereof after final adoption as provided by Local Bond Law.” BOND ORDINANCE 1840-02 “SECTION 1: The Bond Ordinance of the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, in the C ounty of Essex, New Jersey (the “Township”) entitled “BOND ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN AND FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, NEW JERSEY APPROPRIATING $1,096,500 THEREFORE AN AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,041,675 BONDS OR NOTES TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF”, finally adopted on September 3, 2002 (the “Ordinance”) is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety. SECTION 2: Section 3(a)(B) of the Ordinance is hereby amended by (a) adding at the end thereof the additional project “(18) Various Road Improvements, including but not limited to, Nicholas Avenue and Mountain Avenue, and improvements to outdoor facilities, and including all work or materials necessary therefor or incidental thereto”; (b) by deleting the reference of 17.23 years in said section for the useful life and substituting in lieu therefor 16.36; and by (c) deleting the reference of 15.86 years for the useful life in Section 6(b) of the Ordinance and substituting in lieu therefor 15.16 years. SECTION 3: The capital budget of the Township is hereby amended to conform with the provisions of this ordinance to the extent of any inconsistency herewith. The resolutions in the form promulgated by the Local Finance Board showing full detail of the amended capital budget and capital program as approved by the Director of the Division of Local Government Services is on file with the Clerk and is available there for public inspection. SECTION 4: All other provisions of the Ordinance shall remain unchanged.
