2875-24 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY This Ordinance is in response to requests from handicapped residents who reside at 50 Hazel Avenue, 29 Park Drive North, and 55 Harrison Avenue. By adopting this Ordinance, the Township will establish a handicapped parking stall adjacent to each of these addresses. Such parking stalls are permissible under the laws of New Jersey, and they are designated as Restricted Parking Zones. All other Parking Ordinances under this chapter apply and supersede the use of these restricted spaces.
